Songs wont download

Songs wont download

I downloaded 11 songs last night but it only gave me 2 and the other 9 are in my downlads not downloading. You cant even see what songs they are there just with with a grey pending downloading bar. I bought the songs with a gift card. I really want my music. How do I get it?

Howdy there jaxx7316,

It sounds like you can see the downloads as if they were waiting for something but they are stuck. I would start by tapping them to see if that resumes them. If not, then quit the Settings, Music, and iTunes Store apps on your phone:

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Then restart your iPhone:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
